A Family Business Built on Honest Craftsmanship
The Olejník story began with a simple ambition: to make things properly — by hand, with integrity, and with full responsibility for the result. The company was founded in the early 1990s, a time when starting a business wasn’t a given and everything had to be built step by step.
The first orders were produced literally at home — materials stacked in front of the house, workbenches in the garage, no equipment, no facilities, just determination and a clear vision: to manufacture with quality, fairness and care.
From a small workshop in a former bakery, the business gradually grew into a stable production company with its own premises, complete technological facilities and an experienced team — many of whom have been with us for years.
Despite this growth, the family character has never disappeared. It shapes the way we work, how we treat each other, and how we approach our customers.
From Locksmithing to Complete Production
The company originally focused on classic locksmithing — doors, windows and balconies. Over time, new technologies were added, the first presses arrived, and later our ownpowder‑coating facility.
Today, we specialise in complete metal‑product manufacturing, particularly POP and POS assemblies. We deliver the full process under one roof:
from initial brief and prototyping to forming, welding, pressing, coating, quality control and final assembly.
We also operate 1,100 m² of covered warehouse space for finished products — ensuring smooth logistics and reliable delivery.

Our Story Through the Years
Growth Built on Honest Work
1990
Company founded by Drahomír Olejník. Operations begin in a former bakery in Přísnotice — minimal equipment, maximum determination. First orders are made almost “on the knee”.
Late 90s
First presses purchased, followed by a small powder‑coating shop. Production diversifies — including components for beds and furniture. Material still often handled manually; production runs in modest conditions. Founder’s son, Jan Olejník, joins the company. Order volumes and turnover grow steadily.
Breakthrough Year 2005
Production of stands and POP/POS solutions begins for a major international customer. The company shifts from individual parts to complete products.
2007–2008
Move to the current premises in Přísnotice. Initially a single production building; over the years expanded with additional halls — pressing, coating, welding and assembly facilities.
Following years
Continued investment in technology, creation of a small toolshop, and development of a stable, long‑term team. Production focuses increasingly on serial orders and complete solutions.
2025
Renovation of warehousing facilities and further upgrades to production and logistics. Today, the company operates roughly 1,200 m² of production and storage space. Became part of BDR holding.
