Assembly & Storage
Assembly and storage are an integral part of our manufacturing process. Because assembly takes place directly within the production facility, we maintain full control over quality, the fit of individual components and the final condition of each product before it leaves our site.
Our premises also include 1,100 m² of covered storage space, located directly beside production.
Customers receive a fully completed, ready‑to‑use product — without additional handling, external assembly or complex logistics. This is particularly valuable in serial production, where speed, consistency and error‑free output are crucial.
In‑House Assembly
Assembly is seamlessly linked to every stage of production — bending, welding, finishing and branding. All products are assembled by hand, with attention to precision, functionalityand final inspection.
Typical assembly tasks include:
- Building individual components into final units
- Installing fasteners and fixing hardware
- Applying labels, graphics and branding
- Functionality checks and visual quality control
- Packaging according to customer specifications
Storage of Finished Products
We also offer storage for finished goods — a practical solution for projects requiring phased deliveries or customers who need to coordinate production with their own logistics orinstallation schedule.
Products are stored in controlled conditions and prepared for dispatch exactly according to the agreed timeline.
