Powder Coating Integrated Directly into Production
Powder coating is built directly into our manufacturing workflow and follows seamlessly after pressing, forming and welding.
We coat exclusively our own products, giving us full control over quality, deadlines and the continuity of each production step.
Manual powder application and thorough surface preparation ensure consistent appearance, strong adhesion and high durability — even for smaller or mid‑sized production batches.
Because coating takes place on site, directly before assembly and branding, the risk of damage is minimised and overall product quality remains stable.
At our powder‑coating facility in Brno, we coat structural steel, stainless steel and aluminium alloys up to 250 × 180 × 100 cm.
Larger components are coated through trusted partners. Powder coating is used for the majority of our finished products, particularly POP and POS assemblies.

Powder‑Coating Technology
Manual Powder Application
Powder is applied manually using a spray gun, which makes this method particularly suitable for custom production and more complex geometries.
Manual application allows precise control over coating thickness, even coverage and the final surface quality, ensuring a consistent and durable finish.
Thermal Curing in the Oven
After the powder is applied, the parts are cured in an oven at temperatures of up to around 200 °C.
The curing process creates a uniform, mechanically durable surface with long service life and reliable resistance to wear, impact and environmental stress.

Manual Powder‑Coating Booth
The manual coating booth is designed for custom production and accommodates components of various sizes, enabling efficient, flexible and high‑quality powder application across a wide range of parts.

Curing Oven
The curing oven is used for thermal hardening of powder‑coated surfaces on small and medium‑sized components. It ensures an even, durable finish and provides the mechanical resistance required for high‑quality coated sheet‑metal parts.

Preparation Area
This workstation handles degreasing, cleaning and mechanical surface preparation — essential steps for ensuring strong adhesion, long‑term durability and overall resistance of the final powder‑coated finish.
