Pressing technologies
Pressing operations form the foundation of most of our manufacturing processes. We work with mechanical and eccentric presses, which enable fast and precise processing ofsheet‑metal components in serial production.
We combine these technologies with manual operation and our in‑house tool shop, allowing us to respond quickly to design adjustments, specific geometries, and requirements forstrength and functionality of parts. Pressing operations are not an isolated step for us, but a part of a fully connected process – from welding through to assembly of finishedproducts.

ŠMERAL Eccentric Presses (14 units)
Single‑purpose machines designed for punching, blanking and light sheet‑metal forming. Thanks to our in‑house toolshop, we can tailor punches and dies precisely to each product, ensuring accuracy, consistency and reliable serial production.
100‑ton Hydraulic Press
Used for combined operations such as cutting and punching in a single step. It is ideal for stronger materials and higher load requirements, enabling faster, consistent and uniform production of parts.
DURMA Sheet‑Metal Shears
For cutting and trimming sheet metal up to 5 mm thick, we use either 3‑metre or 1‑metre shears, depending on the size of the incoming material. The precision of the cut ensures that the semi‑finished parts are ready for the next stages of production.
BIANCO & BOMAR Cutting Saws
We use a combination of BIANCO and BOMAR saws for precise cutting of bar and tube material. Our equipment includes: BIANCO MOD 370 automatic saw BOMAR semi‑automatic and manual saws Aluminium circular saw for processing profiles, tubes and box sections The accuracy of each cut ensures dimensional consistency across parts and supports a smooth manufacturing flow — for example, in tube punching or box‑section bending.
