Sheet‑Metal Forming, Bending and Rolling
Forming, bending and rolling sheet metal is a key operation in the production of both structural and visible components.
We use CNC bending as well as mechanical forming, enabling precise and repeatable processing for serial production.
These technologies are combined with the expertise of our operators, allowing us to respond to specific design requirements and maintain continuous quality control with a focus on how each step connects to the next.
With all technologies located in one facility, we minimise risks in serial production and ensure smooth workflow.
We primarily process structural steel, stainless steel and aluminium alloys. Sheet‑metal forming is followed by welding, surface finishing and final assembly of the completed product.

Types of Sheet‑Metal Forming Technologies
CNC Sheet‑Metal Bending
CNC press brakes enable highly precise sheet‑metal bending according to technical drawings and production documentation.
The key advantages of this technology include excellent repeatability for serial production and high accuracy in both angles and dimensions, ensuring consistent results across entirebatches.
Mechanical Sheet‑Metal Bending
We use mechanical bending for standard shapes and simpler constructions.
This method is time‑efficient and well‑suited to parts that do not require extensive adjustment or complex programming, while still providing reliable, repeatable results.
Manual Sheet‑Metal Bending
We use manual bending machines for specialised orders, prototypes or final adjustments to individual parts.
This method allows a tailored, hands‑on approach in situations where full automation is either technically unsuitable or not cost‑effective, ensuring precise finishing and flexibility foratypical shapes.

Machinery & Forming Capacity

DURMA AD‑S Press Brake – 3 m
Designed for bending sheet metal up to 5 mm thick (depending on material). Suitable for larger formats and structural components, offering stable, precise forming across medium and large parts.

DURMA AD‑S Press Brake – 1 m
Used for smaller components and precise bends requiring high repeatability. Ideal for detailed parts, tight tolerances and small to medium production batches.

ŠMERAL Eccentric Presses (14 units)
Single‑purpose machines used for simple forming operations and follow‑up processes such as punching and light shaping. Suitable for serial production where reliability, speed and consistent output are essential.

In‑House Toolshop
Our in‑house toolshop manufactures and adjusts dies and tooling, allowing us to tailor each forming or pressing process precisely to the requirements of the specific product. This ensures accuracy, repeatability and smooth integration of the technology into the overall production workflow.

Manual Bending Machines & Sheet‑Metal Rollers
Used occasionally for atypical components and specialised production requirements. Ideal for unique shapes, custom adjustments and low‑volume tasks where manual control offers greater flexibility than automated forming.
