Wire Bending
Wire bending is a key technology in the production of POP and POS components, display stands, hooks and structural elements where precision and repeatability across batches are essential.
We combine automated and manual bending methods depending on the complexity of the shape, wire diameter and the required properties of the final product.
Thanks to the extensive experience of our machine operators, we handle both small‑ and mid‑volume serial production while remaining flexible enough to produce bespoke or atypicalcustom pieces.
We primarily bend:
- Structural steel
- Stainless steel
- Aluminium alloys
Typical wire diameters range from 3–8 mm. Most wire‑based products then continue through welding, coating or final assembly.
